I purchased this brand in “Grapple”. With 1000 mg per package, you need only a small piece for full effect! This brand has 2 “bricks” per bag (actually look like 2, larger, Lego bricks), with each “brick” having 500 mgs. I found it best to pre-cut each brick evenly (scissors, I’ve found work best for this) into 10 pieces @ (approx) 50 mgs.
Will definitely purchase these again. Definite “shout out” recommendation!!
