This heady skunk is a Canadian original, grown for decades on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. With top THC levels of 18%, it’s a potent tool for treating low moods. Island Sweet Skunk smells and tastes exactly as its name implies: sweet and skunky. It also delivers aromatic hints of the tropics. This strain, which won a Canadian award at the High Times Cannabis Cup, is a Sativa-dominant hybrid of original Skunk #1, a local California strain known as Sweet Skunk, and an unknown Sativa. The Sativa/Indica ratio is 80:20. This strain is useful in relieving anxiety, depression, nausea, and pain. It can also help with nerve pain, migraines, arthritis, and GI disorders.
Dry mouth is very common, but other adverse effects are limited. This strain is most popular in its home territory, British Columbia and Ontario, along with Colorado and the Pacific Northwest. It’s much harder to find elsewhere. The cerebral high packs a major mood boost, with feelings of happiness and euphoria. It tends to promote energy and creativity, but there’s also a mellow body effect that encourages relaxation.

A decent taste and nice euphoric buzz. Effects are short term, I don’t find it lasts as long as the other AA strains I’ve tried from this site. But still a nice buzz.

easy smoke, not too hard hitting but still a clean buzz. recommend for Sativa lovers to give it a try but if you want that heavy hitter this one isn’t it. still well worth the price tho!
